D&R Dispersions and Resins Sp. z o.o. assesses the conformity of packaging used for packing and placing its products on the market in accordance with the requirements of the PPWR.
For packaging in relation to which D&R acts as a manufacturer within the meaning of the PPWR, we prepare technical documentation and EU declarations of conformity. These documents are prepared based on technical data, specifications and declarations received from packaging suppliers, as well as the conformity assessment carried out.
Each declaration of conformity applies to the specified type of packaging or group of packaging with the same design, material composition and relevant technical parameters.
The technical documentation contains detailed information and evidence confirming that the conformity assessment has been carried out. The technical documentation number is published on this website, while the complete documentation is retained by D&R and made available to the competent authorities upon request.
The declarations and related documentation are updated in the event of changes to the packaging design, materials, technical parameters, supplier or applicable legal requirements.
